The 14-Day Window: All return requests must be submitted via our Official Claims Portal within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Condition Requirement: Items must be in "Shelf-New" condition. Any signs of use (spine creases, blunted corners) or environmental damage will result in a rejected return.
Final Sale Items: All eBooks, digital media, and Signed/Limited Editions are Final Sale and non-refundable. Accessing a download link voids your right to a refund.
Restocking Fees: Non-defective returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Transfer of Risk: All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. This means ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you the moment the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.) takes possession.
Proof of Delivery: A carrier’s "Delivered" status serves as final proof of fulfillment. Gythos Publishing is not responsible for "porch piracy," theft, or packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carrier strikes, weather, or systemic logistics failures.
⚖️ Legal & AI Usage
AI Prohibition: Content is for human consumption only. Use of any Gythos work for Generative AI training or LLM ingestion is strictly prohibited and carries liquidated damages of $150,000 per work.
Disputes: All disputes are settled through binding individual arbitration. By purchasing, you waive your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuits.
Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
